The purpose of this trial is to begin to culturally-center Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (ACT+MBRP) for Hispanic/Latino/a/x individuals with pain and opioid use disorder. The study will conduct 20 individual interviews (10 in English, 10 in Spanish) among patients with pain lasting less than six months and who are taking buprenorphine for opioid use disorder. Interviews will incorporate elements of ACT+MBRP and knowledge gained will be used to propose adaptations to ACT+MBRP for Hispanic/Latino individuals. After completing their individual interview, participants will complete two weeks of ecological momentary assessment (EMA). The purpose of the EMA is to assess the acceptability and feasibility of implementing EMA with this population and to examine within-person changes in pain interference, craving, mindfulness, withdrawal symptoms, and valued activity engagement.
